Carl J Cox is the CEO for 40 Strategy, Inc. He is passionate about designing great strategic plans, but more importantly getting them done. In 2016, he opened the US office for an Australia based strategic planning software company, and that grew to over 300 clients in 3 years. Cascade Strategy is a flexible cloud-based platform where companies can deploy their strategic plan and easily provide updates with KPIs, reports and dashboards.
Prior to joining Cascade, Carl has been an executive leader for multiple companies that tripled in size, with a focus in strategy, accounting, finance, and lean operations. Carl is a former CPA, and he started his career at PwC in public accounting after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington.
Carl is the host of the weekly Measure Success Podcast where he talks with CEOs, authors, and extraordinary achievers about effective strategies that inspire success. He is also a board member and advisor for several organizations.
