Michael Wills is a globally recognized strategic sales expert with 25+ years of senior sales leadership experience in various industries. Serving both smaller family-owned and Fortune 100 companies who seek transformational growth, Michael has generated both outstanding sales results and high client satisfaction by ensuring his clients prosper under an effective sales strategy, with sales teams which are always highly focused, motivated, and well trained. 

Too often companies fail to create a sales-driven culture, operating without a strategically developed revenue plan, following identified sales strategies, organized, and managed with correct processes and tools, without holding people accountable. By rolling up his sleeves, Michael does the work that clients need – strategic, tactical, operational, or human related.

Prior to entering consulting, Michael served as Senior Vice President Sales, Americas where he re-built a sales organization of 400 people across 16 countries with a $3 billion annual revenue plan.  He holds a BBA from George Washington University, an MBA from Drexel University and further executive education from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School.
