In 2004, Jeff joined a small, $80M medical device distributor in Coral Springs Florida. There he created the strategies and infrastructure leading and supporting exponential growth targeted by the entrepreneurial founder. During the next twelve years, seven with Jeff as Chief Operating Officer, company sales grew 15x with EBITDA growth of 30x. By 2016, sales were $1.2 billion with $90 million in EBITDA. This was accomplished through a combination of multiple business acquisitions plus organic growth.
Since 2016, Jeff has worked with private equity and company founders to rapidly scale and maximize profit in many other companies. He has a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
